Training/JE Inc Apprenticeship Program
Last year, JE Inc. had an opportunity to join the NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) as an Accredited Training Sponsor (ATS).
We are now part of the select network that is helping to build a safe, productive, and sustainable workforce in the Electrical Industry. We are proud to have four in-house trainers that successfully completed NCCER’s Certification Training Program.
JOB + SCHOOL = Apprenticeship Program
No student loans, no buying books, looking to fast-track your career? Complete this Apprenticeship Program is not only free…It takes 2000 hours or 1 year off you needed 8000 hours or 4 years needed to take the State of Alabama Electrical Journeyman’s test. Not only do you get free school, but you also get a job as long as you meet our employment requirements.
We are really looking forward to completing the first year of our NCCER Apprenticeship Program in 2022.

A LITTLE ABOUT US
Johnny’s Electric Inc. was established in 1998 by Johnny Grimes. Johnny Grimes started his career in the industry as an apprentice and worked his way to be a journeyman electrician then later as a state-licensed contractor in the electrical industry. As president of the Alabama Electrical Contractors Board and member of the craft training advisory committee, Johnny is committed to the growth of this industry.
From our friendly office staff and customer service team to our highly skilled electricians, we provide exceptional service to each client we interact with. We specialize in a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and low voltage services. The most important accomplishment for our team is to have a satisfied customer during all phases of each project. We also strive to build strong relationships with every client.
